XPC Worlds
Formally "XPC Finals", the XPC Worlds is a yearly competition inviting lifters from all approved federations to compete on the stage at the Arnold Classic in Columbus, OH at the beginning of March.
Cash prizes are awarded to winners of the Pro divisions.All previous winners of the XPC Worlds get an automatic invite back.
Top 10 lifters on the powerlifting watch ranking get an automatic invite.
It is the lifter's responsibility to turn in their own results and qualifying numbers via the Lifter Application.

Qualifying Totals
Open (any age), Teens (limited to Amateur) 14-15, 16-17, 18-19, Junior 20-23, Submaster 33-39, Masters 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, 90-94, 95-99, 100+. Police/Fire and Military age divisions are Junior, Open, and Master 50+.
Those who do not meet the numbers listed below will be rated as "Novice". More info here.

All pro/am style meets outside of Ohio count as qualifiers for the XPC Worlds, such as US Open, USPA, Women's Pro/Am, APF, WPC, WPO, UPA, or RPS. Only meets hosted by LexenXtreme count as Ohio qualifiers.

NOTE: IN 2020, ALL FULL POWER EVENTS WILL BE SANCTIONED APF (American Powerlifting Federation).
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR AN XPC MEMBERSHIP CARD IN 2019, THEN YOU DO NOT NEED TO PURCHASE AN APF CARD FOR THE 2020 ARNOLD SPORTS FESTIVAL. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN XPC MEMBERSHIP CARD, YOU MUST PURCHASE AN APF CARD ON THE APF WEBSITE https://worldpowerliftingcongress.com/ IN ORDER TO ATTEND THE ARNOLDS SPORTS FESTIVAL IN 2020.
Once submitted, we will review this form. If you are eligible, you will receive a link that will allow you to pay the fees. There is NO DEADLINE – once the Roster is full, it will be closed and no further participants will be accepted.
(Note: Any multiply lifter who does not wish to lift in WPO can lift on March 7th or March 8th if he/she meets the respective qualifying total for that day).

Drug Testing Policy: The XPC follows the NCAA Drug Testing Policy in that 20% of the lifting pool can be randomly drug tested.
